In House Lasagna

Our in house Lasagna is made with fresh ingredients.

Ingredients:

Our signature lasagna is made with fresh pasta, a mix of cheese, homemade bolognese sauce (made with ground beef and pork) and besciamella sauce.

Our vegetarian lasagna replaces the bolognese sauce with a homemade eggplant sauce.

 

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven to 380°F (195°C)

  2. Cook for 35 minutes while covered with foil

  3. Remove the foil and cook for an additional 10 minutes

  4. Serve and Enjoy

    Bonus Tip: Broil on High for 1 minute to get an extra crunchy top layer
