Our Story

Cuore di Mamma first opened its doors back in 2018. Rosella, the owner, had just moved from Italy and wanted to share her passion for Italian food with the world. And since then Cochrane, Alberta has been the home to this little italian shop.

Since then we have established ourselves as Cochrane’s own itallian food store thanks to our delicious made in-house pizza dough, pasta, meatballs, and lasagna.
