Pizza Dough

Our Pizza Dough is our best selling product in the whole store, we take pride in using nothing but the best flour imported from Italy.

Ingredients:

  • Italian ‘00’ Pizza Flour

  • Water

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Let the dough rest out of the fridge for 45 minutes.

  2. Preheat Oven to 380°F (195°C) for a thick rising crust or 420°F (215°C) for a crispy thin crust

  3. Sprinkle some flour on a smooth surface, then roll out the dough to your desired thickness.

  4. Spread the Sauce, Cheese, and other toppings across the pizza evenly

  5. Bake for 30 minutes (380°F) or 15 minutes (420°F)

  6. Serve and Enjoy
